Discovery Call
With every new client, we want to ensure we understand exactly what they are looking to experience on their trip. This includes going over must-see places, dates, group size, and an ideal budget. We know that each person and group is different and no trip will look the same!
Tour Draft
Once we understand what our client is looking for our team starts drafting up a tour! We let the wishes of the client combined with our expert experience guide us as we develop a tour. Once we have each day planned out with a cost estimate for the tour, we send it over to the tour leader for approval.
Adjustments and Finalization
Our team will make any adjustments to the tour as requested by the tour leader before we finalize the trip. Once published, the tour leader will work to fill the tour with travelers while we finalize all travel activities and bookings. As the trip fills with travelers we send each an individual invoice with a payment plan so they can begin paying for their trip!
Pre-Travel
Before the group departs we provide them with an up-to-date travel itinerary that outlines each day of the trip and important details. We also include a suggested packing list and other important travel information so they are well prepared.
Bon Voyage!
Our team is on-call to answer questions and be available for anything unexpected on departure day as well as for the entire trip. In some cases if the client chooses, this means having a Goodspeed staff member alongside in-person for the entirety of the trip!
